【Adjustable to make 5-10-15lb weight】It consists of the pressure regulator body and two 5-pound weight rings. For low-acid canning (vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood), use 10 pounds of pressure for altitudes up to 1,000 feet. For altitudes above 1,000 feet, use 15 pounds pressure. For high-acid canning (fruits), use 5 pounds of pressure for altitudes up to 1,000 feet. For altitudes above 1,000 feet, use 10 pounds pressure.
